1- Finalisation of the contract

 

The contract of sale stipulated between Menaville Holdings Limited and the customer shall be considered finalised upon acceptance of the order, even in part, by Menaville Holdings Limited. If the order is not accepted, the other party will be notified immediately. Once the order has been placed, the general conditions of sale will be considered to have been read and approved.

 

The conditions of sale may be saved or printed under art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended in accordance with Legislative Decree 21/2014.

 

2- Purchasing procedure

 

To purchase the products present in the Menaville Holdings Limited online store www.zeer-shoes.com the customer must select the products of interest and choose the colour and size, where applicable. The images representing the product may not be exactly identical to the product, but could differ in colour and size, for example, also depending on the browser and the monitor used to access the site and display the images.

 

To place an order, the customer must fill in the form on the site and send it after reading the General Conditions of Sale and checking the features of the product to be purchased. Customers who require an invoice for tax purposes must request an invoice from Menaville Holdings Limited under art. 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.

 

After the order request is sent, Menaville Holdings Limited will send confirmation that it has been received by email to the email address provided by the customer.

 

 

3- Payment options

 

After selecting the products to be purchased, the customer pays for them on the check-out screen. The prices appearing on the Internet site include taxes and VAT unless otherwise specified; shipping costs will be charged separately and may vary depending on the type of shipping and the customer’s address.

 

Customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union will be charged to the recipient. Customers should contact customs authorities in their home country to enquire about import costs and limitations.

 

Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal. All cards belonging to the major international networks are accepted.

 

If the customer refuses to accept the product, or the delivery cannot be completed for other reasons (incorrect delivery address, repeated absence of the recipient, incorrect telephone number provided by recipient, etc.) the goods will be returned to the sender and the customer will be charged the extra shipping costs. Customers will be charged customs duties for returning goods which were to be delivered outside the European Union.

 

 

4- Shipping options

 

Goods may be shipped to all countries specified on the website. If the country is not a European Union member, any additional customs duties will be charged to the recipient.

 

When the order has been placed and payment made, the buyer will be sent an email confirming that the order has been received correctly. This will be followed by a notification mail when the order is dispatched, containing the tracking number of the package, which may be used to monitor shipping.

 

Goods are shipped by courier, and if they are returned using the same courier, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the amount to be returned to the customer.

 

The goods will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of check-out. At the time of delivery by the courier, the recipient must check:

 

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number specified in the shipping document
  • that the package is in good condition and not damaged

 

If the number of packages delivered does not correspond to the number specified in the shipping document or the packaging appears to be damaged, the recipient must note this immediately on the shipping document and return the document to the courier.

 

Pre order items will be shipped no later than 30 days from the date of the order confirmation.

5- Right of withdrawal

 

Under art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended in accordance with Legislative Decree 21/2014, the customer has the option of withdrawing from the contract of sale for any reason, without having to provide justification and without any penalties, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

 

If the customer wishes to exercise the right to withdrawal, the customer must notify Menaville Holdings Limited using the online return form on the www.zeer-shoes.com website or writing to Customer Care at customercare@zeershoes.com no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

 

The product to be returned must be in the condition in which it was originally sold and must be returned along with any accessories or components that were included with it at the time of delivery, in its original packaging, which must be in perfect condition; any accessories that were present in the package at the time of delivery must be returned with it, along with the tag/product number/seal/other items (where applicable).

 

The seller reserves the right to accept returns after inspecting the product in order to determine its condition and potential for reuse. If the inspection reveals that the product has been damaged, is missing parts or cannot be reused, the return will not be accepted. In this case, the customer can request the product to be sent back to them, paying for any shipping costs. If the customer does not want the product to be shipped back again at their own expense, the seller will retain the product and the amount paid for the order.

 

Payments will be refunded by the same method in which they were made, within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. The time required for the refund to be credited to the customer’s account depends on the banking service used.

 

If a gift is returned, the refund will be made by the same method as was used for payment. The refund cannot be made to a different person from the one who purchased the product.

The contract of sale is subject to Italian law, compatibly with application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
